Manufactured Housing Communities of Virginia (MHC of VA) is the the voice of manufactured home owners and operators in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
MHC of VA was created in 2001 in reaction to proposed legislation in Virginia that would have had a significant impact on land lease community owners. Since that time, our primary focus has been to monitor a wide variety of issues ranging from fair housing to zoning and construction codes.
Over the years, many of the issues with which MHC of VA has become involved were brought to us by our membership. Without engaged and active members, the business environment for communities in Virginia would look much different then it does today.
